My journey started in 1982 in Gary, Indiana. Growing up in the "Region" taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and community. After graduating from West Side High School, I began exploring the world of technology and marketing, eventually finding my way to Indianapolis in 2010.
For over a decade, I’ve called the Far Eastside/Lawrence area home. I’m not just a technician; I’m your neighbor. When I’m not diving deep into a server or troubleshooting a network, you’ll likely find me catching the latest blockbuster or lost in a great album. My love for music and movies keeps me creative—and that creativity is exactly what I bring to the table when I’m solving your tech problems.
I didn't just stumble into IT; I built my career from the ground up. I’ve spent years in the trenches of technical support, working with industry leaders like Apple, Eli Lilly, and Comcast. These experiences shaped my "White Glove" approach—the belief that every client deserves high-touch, elite-level service regardless of the size of the project.
As a Tier II Technical Services Engineer, I’ve mastered everything from enterprise system administration to personal device repair. I hold certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Kaseya, ensuring that the solutions I provide are backed by industry standards.
I founded D Magic Computer Consulting back in 2009 with a simple philosophy: changing people’s lives one computer at a time.
